Two party members who received the 70-year Party membership badge early are: party member Nguyen Cong Nuoi, ​​born on April 14, 1932, in Long Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Nghe An province; date of joining the Party September 27, 1954, official date May 1, 1955; currently active at the Party cell of residential group 1, Muong Ang town Party Committee. Party member Hoang Hai Dao, born on July 30, 1931, in Nam Toan commune, Nam Truc district, Nam Dinh province; date of joining the Party December 11, 1954, official date August 9, 1955; currently active at the Party cell of residential group 4, Muong Ang town Party Committee.

Comrade Tran Quoc Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, awarded the 70-year Party membership badge to two party members.

The two party members are former Dien Bien soldiers who contributed to the Dien Bien Phu Victory that “resounded throughout the five continents and shook the world”. Through years of fighting the enemy and many different tasks, the two former Dien Bien soldiers always completed their assigned tasks excellently. After returning to their hometowns, the two party members have always been exemplary models for cadres, party members and people in the residential group to follow.
