The Bachelor of Business joint training program awarded by Waikato University is an international training program in Vietnam, including 2 majors: Digital Business (BBus - DigiBus) and Supply Chain Management (BBus - SCM).
In the 2021 - 2024 course, the program has 60 graduates, including 40 students in Vietnam and 20 students in New Zealand.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Caroline Beresford, Ambassador of New Zealand, highly appreciated the two majors of Supply Chain Management and Digital Business as the current world trends. These fields are at the forefront of global trade and innovation. She believes that with the expertise they have learned, the new graduates have a great advantage when entering the workforce.
According to the ambassador, the partnership between Waikato University and NEU not only improves the quality of education for students in Vietnam but also strengthens the relationship between the two countries.
Representatives of the two universities awarded degrees to the new graduates.

Supply Chain Management and Digital Business are two rapidly changing fields. Supply chains are critical to the global economy and digital transformation is reshaping the very way businesses operate. Graduates have a big role to play in the future of global commerce.
The Bachelor of Business in Supply Chain Management and Digital Business is an international program, studied entirely at the National Economics University and awarded by the University of Waikato. The program has a total training duration of 3.5 years.
During their studies, students can choose to study entirely at the National Economics University or flexibly transfer to study at the campuses of Waikato University.
The University of Waikato is ranked 235th in the world according to the QS World University Rankings 2025; is in the elite group of the top 1% of business schools in the world and is certified by 3 international accreditation organizations AACSB, AQUIS and AMBA; ranked 1st in New Zealand for research.
The language training program is in English, with 100% of the lecturers for 15 specialized subjects being lecturers from Waikato University; 100% of the domestic expert lecturers are trained abroad, have good professional and foreign language skills, and are evaluated and selected by Waikato University to teach the program.
