Ho Chi Minh City trains to improve skills in receiving and processing documents on the network environment

On the morning of June 2, the Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee coordinated with the Government Cipher Committee to organize a training session on the use of cryptographic products and hand over equipment to agencies and units under the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to deploy phase 1 testing of security solutions in managing and sending and receiving electronic documents.

The training session aims to equip unit leaders and IT specialists of the units with a clear understanding of the operating mechanism, features and steps to use encryption and decryption devices on computers.

Speaking at the training session, Chief of the Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Dang Quoc Toan requested the units to receive, preserve and operate the equipment well. During the pilot operation, the Office of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and the Party - Government Cipher Department coordinated to guide and receive comments from the units to complete the process and system; develop regulations and report to the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee to continue to expand phase 2 in 2023 for 117 administrative units in the city.

The training session on using cryptographic products and handing over equipment is an activity to concretize the Coordination Regulation between the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee and the Government Cipher Committee.
