It is expected that the benchmark scores for specialized and integrated grade 10 and the direct admission results will be announced by the City Department of Education and Training on June 24. From June 25 to 29, candidates admitted to specialized and integrated grade 10 and direct admission will submit their admission applications to the schools they have been admitted to.

On July 10, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training continued to announce the admission scores for regular grade 10 and the list of students admitted to public high schools. From July 11 to August 1, candidates admitted to public grade 10 will submit their admission applications to the schools they were admitted to.

Previously, on June 6 and 7, the 10th grade public entrance exam for the 2023-2024 school year in Ho Chi Minh City took place safely and seriously with more than 96,300 candidates participating. Candidates took three subjects: Literature, Math, and Foreign Language. Candidates who registered for admission to specialized 10th grade took an additional specialized subject exam.
