The content and themes of Xam songs are quite diverse, from personal life, world affairs, love between men and women, family ethics, philosophy of life to praising the homeland's landscape, pride in the cultural traditions and history of the lands...
This year's festival attracted a large number of Xam clubs with 20 clubs from 10 provinces and cities participating. The quality of the performances participating in the festival was carefully selected, well-rehearsed, and the expressive performance skills brought special emotions to the audience, showing off the beauty, the uniqueness, and the uniqueness of the Xam singing art form.
Through the Festival, it has contributed to promoting the preservation, conservation and promotion of the special value of Xam singing art, affirming the great value and strong vitality of Xam singing art in the flow of national culture.
The festival is assessed by experts as having a large scale, impressive, professional organization, and relatively good artistic quality compared to previous festivals.

At the end of the Festival, the Organizing Committee awarded many prizes to groups and individuals including: 20 consolation prizes, 12 third prizes, 10 second prizes, and 8 third prizes for the performances.
The Festival Organizing Committee also awarded the following subsidiary prizes: The oldest participant in the Festival award to artist Vu Van Pho (81 years old, Traditional Xam and Cheo singing troupe of Yen Dong commune, Yen Mo); The youngest participant in the Festival award to Nguyen Ngoc Minh Nhi (6 years old, Unesco Hanoi Traditional Music Club); The promising young actor award to Lai Thuy Duong (Ha Thi Cau Xam club, Yen Phong commune).
Ninh Binh province has 3 performances that won A prizes at the Festival, including: "Con co" performance, Thap an dance performed by Lai Thuy Duong and members of the Ha Thi Cau Xam singing club; "Dua dai khong gai" performance, Hue tinh dance performed by Nguyen Van Sinh and the Yen Thinh and Yen Mo Xam and Cheo singing art troupe; "An duc Tien Hoang" performance, Thap an dance performed by Mai Thao and the Tam Diep Xam singing club.
