Summary of Party building and organization work in 2024

In 2024, the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and the Organizing Committees at all levels have proactively focused on advising the Party Committees to implement all aspects of Party building and organization work; promptly responded to the leadership and direction requirements of the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committees and made efforts to complete 100% of the tasks according to the Work Program as well as promptly advised on the completion of tasks arising during the year. The direction work promoted innovation in the Party's leadership methods, comprehensively implemented Party building and organization work, especially cadre work, work to improve the leadership capacity of grassroots Party organizations and the quality of Party members; all targets on Party building in 2024 were achieved and exceeded. The work of improving working methods and digital transformation received leadership attention; many new models and methods were applied; Proactively prevent, stop, and repel the degradation of political ideology, morality, lifestyle, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party. The work of implementing preparations for organizing Party congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party according to Directive No. 35-CT/TW of the Politburo has been directed and guided for timely implementation; the work of inspection and supervision has been given attention.

At the conference, delegates from district, city and party committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee gave speeches, clarified the achievements, limitations, causes and recommendations, and proposed solutions to further improve the effectiveness and quality of Party building and organization work in 2025.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board emphasized that the tasks for 2025 are very heavy, focusing on the regular work of the sector, advising on the completion of the targets of the Party building and organization field set out in the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels, while focusing on and urgently advising on the implementation of the organization and apparatus arrangement of the political system in the direction of "streamlining, compactness, strength, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency" and successfully organizing Party Congresses at all levels towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
