Summary of 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW and preliminary review of 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 04-NQ/TU

On the morning of April 25, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference to review 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 33-NQ/TW dated June 9, 2014 of the 11th Party Central Committee on "Building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development", and to review 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 04-NQ/TU dated January 30, 2019 of the 19th Provincial Party Committee on "Strengthening education and promoting the cultural, civilized, patriotic and revolutionary traditions of Thai Binh homeland for cadres, party members and people of all walks of life".

After 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 33 and 5 years of implementing Resolution No. 04, the awareness of all levels, sectors, cadres, party members and people in the province about the importance of building and developing Thai Binh culture and people has been raised and has changed significantly. The work of propagating the implementation of the resolution has been actively and extensively deployed from the province to the grassroots level. Education and care for building people with comprehensive development in capacity, intelligence, morality and personality have been given attention and promoted. The traditional cultural values of the province have been and are being preserved, maintained and promoted, and the introduction of local traditional culture into teaching in schools has initially achieved good results. The work of leading and directing the building of a civilized lifestyle among the people has been effectively implemented; cultural and artistic activities have developed strongly. The movement of the whole people uniting to build a cultural life has been launched and effectively implemented in many localities, agencies and units, contributing to the preservation and promotion of fine traditional cultural values. Patriotic emulation movements have been widely and practically deployed, contributing to the cause of cultural development, building morality, personality, good lifestyle of people, fostering patriotism, revolutionary heroism, solidarity, dynamism, creativity and determination to overcome difficulties and challenges of the people in the province. The activities of composing and promoting literary and artistic works, cultural and artistic activities have closely followed the political and ideological orientation of the Party, promoting the image of Thai Binh land and people to a wide audience at home and abroad...
