On the side of Ca Mau province, there were comrade Nguyen Tien Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, and Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.
At the shrine of President Ho Chi Minh in the southernmost land of the Fatherland, in a solemn atmosphere, General Secretary To Lam and the delegates offered incense and flowers to commemorate, express their respect and infinite gratitude for the great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of the Vietnamese Revolution, who devoted and sacrificed his whole life for the independence and freedom of the country, for the happiness of the people. Before the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh, the General Secretary and the delegates vowed to forever study and follow his ideology, morality and style; to be loyal to the Party, devoted to the people, determined to protect the integrity of the country, and build an increasingly prosperous and beautiful Vietnam.
Signing the golden book of memories here, the General Secretary expressed his emotion and pride when coming with the delegates to Ca Mau Cape - the sacred land at the southernmost tip of the Fatherland and to the Memorial Site to pay respects to President Ho Chi Minh. Ca Mau - the land of steadfastness, heroism and culture, in these days is looking towards the 70th anniversary of the gathering to the North, the transfer of part of the revolutionary forces to the North, demonstrating the strategic vision and wisdom of the Party - Uncle Ho, expressing the aspiration for independence, freedom and belief in national unification. The General Secretary believes that the Party Committee, government and people of Ca Mau province will continue to follow the example of President Ho Chi Minh, promote the heroic historical and revolutionary traditions, solidarity and unity, build a prosperous homeland, realize his wish to build a peaceful, unified, independent, democratic and prosperous Vietnam, and make a worthy contribution to the world revolutionary cause.

The President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Area in Ward 1, Ca Mau City is a cultural work of special significance and profound humanity. In the Memorial Area, there are many works designed aesthetically, scientifically, harmoniously, closely associated with the traditions and culture of Ca Mau land. In the relic area, there is also an area for Truong Sa oath stones with 21 stones taken from 21 submerged and emergent islands of Vietnam's Truong Sa archipelago.
