Panoramic view of the nearly 800 billion VND Children's Hospital with eye-catching colors about to be inaugurated on the occasion of the Liberation of the Capital

After nearly 2 years of construction, Hanoi Children's Hospital (phase 1, in Yen Nghia ward, Ha Dong district) will be officially inaugurated on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024).
The Hanoi Children's Hospital construction project (phase 1, in Yen Nghia ward, Ha Dong district) is a key project in the 2020 - 2025 period. The project was officially inaugurated in February 2022 and is expected to be inaugurated on October 8, celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Liberation of the Capital (October 10, 1954 - October 10, 2024).
According to the design, Hanoi Children's Hospital consists of a 6-storey building with 2 units (1A and 1B). Of which, unit 1A has an area of 17,316 m2 including the examination department (with a capacity of more than 500 examinations/day); emergency areas, technical and paraclinical services; administration. Unit 1B has an area of 11,797 m2 with the function of inpatient treatment and integrated services.
The blocks located on the basement have an area of 5,540 m2; including an infection control area, parking, warehouses, garbage tanks and other supporting technical systems; the northeast of the land is arranged with a technical area including an oxygen station, wastewater treatment station, water tank, transformer station, etc.
As of September 29, the project has basically completed all items.

Flowers are planted around the hospital to create scenery.
Currently, Hanoi Children's Hospital is running a trial operation before officially opening and welcoming patients.
The contractor is actively completing the painting items outside the gate.
The landscape behind the hospital is newly planted with many trees with a design close to nature.
Part of the hospital's rooftop area is designed as an open space, with light coming from the skylights.
Once completed and put into operation, the hospital is expected to help reduce the load on the National Children's Hospital and neighboring provinces, meeting the medical examination and treatment needs of the people of the capital and the northern region.
