Seminar on the 77th Anniversary of Civil Judgment Enforcement Traditional Day

On the afternoon of July 16, the provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Agency (CEA) held a seminar to celebrate the 77th anniversary of the CEA's traditional day (July 19, 1946 - July 19, 2023) and 30 years of transferring the work of CEA.

Attending the seminar were representatives of leaders of provincial departments, agencies and generations of leaders and officers of the provincial THADS Department.

At the ceremony, delegates reviewed the traditions of the THADS sector. After 77 years of construction and development, the THADS system has become increasingly stable and effective in performing its assigned functions and tasks. The THADS Department of Thanh Hoa province has grown in all aspects after 30 years of construction and development. The provincial THADS agencies have gradually overcome difficulties, made many innovations in leadership, direction and operation, and made positive changes from organizational structure to enforcement results.

Thanh Hoa province's THADS agencies have organized the execution of judgments with quite good results. The rate and quality of work, both in terms of execution of judgments and in terms of money, are higher year after year.

If in the first 23 years (1993-2015) since the transfer of the THADS work, the total number of cases accepted was 135,224, corresponding to the amount to be collected of more than 2,268 billion VND, then in the next 8 years (2016-2023), the total number of cases to be enforced was 141,024, corresponding to the amount to be collected of more than 13,522 billion VND. Thus, in just 8 years, the number of cases to be enforced exceeded the total number accepted in the previous 23 years, and the amount to be enforced increased 6 times.

This is a big difficulty and challenge for officers and enforcement officers in handling the increasing volume of cases and money to be executed. However, with the attention and direction of the Ministry of Justice , the General Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement, the Provincial Party Committee, local authorities, along with the tireless efforts of the entire industry, the number of cases and money to be executed has achieved high results, especially the amount of money executed in 8 years increased by 2.7 times the amount of money resolved in the period 1993-2015.

Especially in the past 5 years, the THADS agencies of Thanh Hoa province have exceeded the assigned targets and tasks; have resolved many difficult and complicated cases, attracting public attention. In 2022 alone, the whole province achieved a rate of 86.2% in terms of work and 61% in terms of money, accordingly, Thanh Hoa's target of completing the execution of money ranked 10th out of 63 provinces and cities, ranked first in the emulation region of 8 provinces in the North Central region, and was in the top of the provinces with a large amount of money to execute.

In recognition of the development and performance of the industry, many collectives and individuals have been awarded prizes and noble titles by the Party and the State. Since 1993 alone,the President has awarded the Third Class Labor Medal to 1 individual; 3 collectives and 7 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Prime Minister; 12 collectives were awarded the Emulation Flag and over 200 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit at the ministerial, sectoral and provincial levels...

On this occasion, 2 groups and 3 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the General Department of THADS; 6 groups and 11 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; 6 groups and 24 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Provincial Department of THADS for their outstanding achievements in the peak emulation campaign to celebrate the 77th Anniversary of THADS Traditional Day and 30 years of transferring THADS work.
