On March 13, 2025, the Provincial Organizing Committee for Major Holidays issued Plan No. 1044/KH-BTC to organize activities to celebrate the 33rd anniversary of the province's re-establishment (April 1, 1992 - April 1, 2025); the 50th anniversary of Ninh Thuan Liberation Day (April 16, 1975 - April 16, 2025) and the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
Accordingly, the organization of activities to celebrate the 33rd anniversary of the re-establishment of the province (April 1, 1992 - April 1, 2025); the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Ninh Thuan (April 16, 1975 - April 16, 2025) and the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) must be organized in accordance with the direction of the Government and the Provincial Party Committee; at the same time, it must ensure solemnity, thrift, create an exciting atmosphere from the grassroots to the provincial level, spread the great significance of the resistance war against the US to save the country of the people of the whole country in general, of the army and people of Ninh Thuan in particular to each cadre, civil servant, public employee, worker, student, union member, association member, to each person at the grassroots level and residential area. Showing gratitude, the program "Repaying gratitude", "Drinking water, remembering its source" for those who contributed to the struggle for national liberation; families with preferential policies, especially in resistance base areas.

Regarding propaganda content, it is necessary to focus on the value and historical significance, the contemporary stature of the resistance war against the US to save the country; affirming the correct and wise leadership of the Party and President Ho Chi Minh as the decisive factor in the great victory of the nation, liberating the South, unifying the country, and bringing the country to socialism. The strength of great national unity, the heroic spirit, intelligence, creativity, courage, overcoming all hardships and sacrifices of our army and people created resounding victories; the role of the great rear in the North with the great front in the South; the great help of international friends, of the working people and progressive, peace-loving forces in the world for the cause of national liberation, unification as well as in the cause of innovation and international integration.
Focus on propagating the most unique and distinctive features of Vietnamese military art in the 1975 Spring General Offensive and Uprising, culminating in the Ho Chi Minh Campaign, liberating the South and unifying the country; valuable lessons learned in rallying forces, promoting the strength of will and aspiration for peace and national independence in the cause of building, developing and firmly defending the socialist Vietnamese Fatherland.
Honor and express gratitude to heroes, martyrs, heroic Vietnamese mothers, wounded and sick soldiers, compatriots and soldiers who sacrificed their lives, contributed their strength, intelligence and wealth to the Great Victory of Spring 1975; the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and the attention of all levels, sectors and localities, the support of enterprises and social organizations with the movement "Repaying gratitude", taking care of families with meritorious services to the country.

Highlight the achievements of the country and the province after 50 years of unification and important achievements in the renovation process; especially promote the achievements in socio-economics, national defense - security, and building the political system of the province after re-establishment. Promote and advertise tourism, promote investment, introduce to the investor community potential and development advantages, orientations, policies and information on key investment projects of the province. Mobilize people to promote the spirit of "determination to win" and proactively seize opportunities in the Ho Chi Minh Campaign; promote the patriotic emulation movement, determined to successfully carry out the socio-economic development tasks of the province in 2025, the goals of the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress for the term 2020-2025. Fight and refute false, hostile information and viewpoints that distort history, sabotage the Party and State, and divide the great national unity bloc.
Regarding activities to celebrate the 33rd anniversary of the province's re-establishment, the 50th anniversary of the liberation of Ninh Thuan province and the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country, departments, branches and localities, based on the actual situation, choose appropriate forms and organize at least one practical activity to celebrate the anniversary such as: Meeting, discussing, visiting groups, families and individuals who have contributed to the country; meeting and exchanging with living witnesses of the liberation of Ninh Thuan; exchanging with outstanding citizens in various fields over the age of 50; mobilizing organizations, individuals and businesses to sponsor funds to visit and give gifts to individuals and families who have contributed to the resistance wars and are currently facing difficulties.
Organize cultural, artistic, physical training and sports activities for cadres, civil servants, public employees, armed forces and people in the whole province. Organize the summary and award ceremony of the contest to design Cham ceramic products as gifts of Ninh Thuan province. Organize the contest to compose songs and art photos of Ninh Thuan. Organize the exhibition of images and artifacts about the achievements of 50 years of formation and development. Honor the traditional Vietnamese Ao Dai and folk dance performances. Organize a visit to the provincial martyrs' cemetery on April 16, 2025. Organize a comprehensive art performance program to serve the people and tourists on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Ninh Thuan province (April 16, 1975 - April 16, 2025), the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).

Organize a meeting to celebrate the 33rd anniversary of the province's re-establishment (April 1, 1992 - April 1, 2025), the 50th anniversary of Ninh Thuan Liberation Day (April 16, 1975 - April 16, 2025) and the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
