Lac Viet Joint Stock Auction Company has just announced the auction of land use rights for people to build houses for 100 plots of land in Nhan Vu village, Nguyen Trai commune, An Thi district, Hung Yen province. The land plots have an area of 90-174 m2/plot with starting price of 18-24 million VND/m2. The deposit for the plots of land ranges from 324 million VND to 838 million VND/plot.

The deposit for the plots ranges from VND380 million to over VND1.24 billion. The auction is scheduled to be held on March 5 at the Khoai Chau District Commercial Housing Area Technical Infrastructure Market Construction Project (address: Dan Tien Commercial Center, Khoai Chau District).
