At the same time, cooperate in building digital government, promoting the implementation of solutions and software serving the model under Project 06/CP; solutions on big data platforms and AI applications on smart urban platforms; specialized databases; solutions for collecting information to build databases, thereby building a shared database system of the province, serving the province's smart monitoring and operation center; digital transformation solutions to improve the management and operation efficiency of the An Giang provincial government.

Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of An Giang Provincial People's Committee Ho Van Mung emphasized that the signing of the cooperation agreement creates an important premise for the two units to coordinate more strongly in implementing technological solutions, gradually perfecting e-Government towards digital Government, developing digital economy and digital society, ensuring information safety and security, contributing to improving the quality of life of people and the efficiency of business operations.

Based on the cooperation agreement, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Science and Technology to preside over, and coordinate with relevant departments and branches to coordinate with VNPT Group to survey and propose specific contents and fields, suitable to the current situation, conditions and characteristics of the province for the Provincial People's Committee to consider and approve the implementation policy. In particular, it is necessary to prioritize digital transformation in the fields of healthcare, education, processing of work records, directing and operating on the network environment, deploying applications and platforms to serve people and businesses.
