Recently, when he was able to stay at Thi Nghe Nursing Center with artist Huynh Thanh Tra and 5 artists at Ho Chi Minh City Artist Nursing Home, Mac Can seemed very happy, he smiled the whole time.
Taking advantage of his excitement, many artists and journalists "entice" him to tell stories about his past love affairs.
So Mac Can told the story of his ex-girlfriend, whom he missed dearly, named Uyen, who was a dancer. He said he was working as a chef at the time.
When they first met, she asked him to take her to the movies. So he chose a horror movie and bought tickets for the two of them.

He smiled and said humorously: "When watching horror movies, when I get too scared, I hold her hand to comfort her!"

On this occasion, Wendy also informed that she had just received an additional contribution to the Phi Nhung Forever Fund from the profits from the sale of the book Tinh Binh - Remembering Phi Nhung .
The book preserves memories of Phi Nhung's life, published by Saigon Books at the end of 2023.
Wendy hopes that in the future her mother's book can be translated into other languages such as Chinese, Japanese, French, Korean... so that more people can know about it.
