Kelly Rowland explains the argument with Cannes staff

Variety reported that Kelly Rowland has officially spoken out about the argument with security personnel on the red carpet of the premiere of the movie Marcello Mio, which has become the center of attention in recent days.

Speaking to AP News at the amfAR Gala on May 23, Rowland explained that she was rudely asked to leave the red carpet and discriminated against.

"There were other female stars on that carpet who looked different than me and weren't yelled at, pushed away or asked to walk away rudely...

"I think there's a line that's been drawn, that woman knows what happened. I know what happened and I'm going to stand my ground," Kelly Rowland said.
