The Day River in Ninh Binh was 4.19m (0.69m above alert level 3), 0.25m above the historical flood peak in 2017.

Forecast for the next 12-24 hours: Water level on Hoang Long River at Ben De and Gian Khau will change slowly; at Ben De, it is likely to be at 5.00-5.20m (above alert level 3: 1.00-1.20m); at Gian Khau, it will rise to 4.50-4.70m (above alert level 3: 0.80-1.00m).
