FPS 2024 - Time Capsule is an event to welcome new students of the Faculty of Political Science, Academy of Journalism and Communication. On the occasion of its 10-year journey, FPS 2024 returns to welcome new students of K44 with many meaningful and interesting activities.
In particular, the Time Sanctuary photo series is one of the gifts that the Organizing Committee (OC) wants to give to the new students. The photo series is a journey back to childhood to search and discover pieces in the memories of the 'soul child' - the child that exists, accompanies and grows up in the development and maturity of the new students of K44.

The photo series is a combination of two light and dark colors, highlighting the main character with his memories of an innocent and pure childhood. The two colors bring contrast between the image of adults and children, between maturity and immaturity.
Through the photo series, the organizers want to convey to the new students the message: " Sometimes bathing in the clear river of childhood is a miraculous way to wash away the dust of the adult world ."

The photo series attracts viewers through the contrast between a person on the path to adulthood and the objects and memories of a child: a walker, a teddy bear, old socks or scribbles. All of these draw viewers into the 'time wheel' to return to the years of childhood.

Sharing his feelings about the message of the photo series, Dao Duc - the main photographer of the series said: " Childhood is the time that shapes who we are today. Children are always brave when they dare to dream and dare to be different. Perhaps we also need to 'learn' that courage from each of our children ."

The Time Sanctuary photo series successfully spread and shared the message to new students as well as all young people about the journey to find their own childhood. From there, each person grows up every day and matures in the way that the child of that year always longed for and dreamed of.

Returning to childhood is returning to memories of a time gone by with memories and moments when we want time to stop. Returning to the past allows us to live like a child once - innocent, carefree and thoughtless.

The journey of growing up and finding one’s true self is a long one. However, with the message of the photo series, the organizers believe that the new students will be inspired in part about the journey of finding and healing the child within. From there, each young person will dare to step out of their own limits, perfect and develop themselves in a new learning environment.
