On the afternoon of September 13, the People's Committee of Ky Anh district organized a dialogue conference between the Chairman of the District People's Committee and union members and youth in 2023.
In the spirit of democracy and openness, at the dialogue conference, the Youth Union members directly discussed with the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ky Anh district many issues related to career counseling, job introduction, startups, administrative reform, digital transformation...
Youth Union members hope that the government will have a focus direction for youth union members to approach digital transformation most effectively; have mechanisms and policies for human resource development in digital transformation, especially young cadres and youth in the current period; and solutions to improve facilities and Internet coverage to villages without telephone signals.
Secretary of the Youth Union of Lac Trung village (Ky Lac) Vu Hoang Truong proposed that there should be support policies for community digital technology teams when participating in digital transformation activities.
Some opinions hope that authorities at all levels, functional agencies, and businesses will specify recruitment standards for working at large companies operating in the province; the District People's Committee will have policies to support and access capital sources for young people to develop the economy...
In addition, some union officials suggested that the district leaders should have solutions to rejuvenate the team of union secretaries and team leaders in accordance with the nature and improve the quality of the union and team work in the current period; have policies to arrange and assign jobs to union officials who are over the age limit according to regulations and planning, creating a source of successors in the future...
Secretary of the Ky Thuong Commune Youth Union Le Phi Da gave his opinion on the issue of telephone and Internet coverage in remote areas.
Many opinions at the information dialogue conference, the activities of Internet businesses have some very worrying points such as: no age or time limits and accompanying services such as cigarettes, electronic cigarettes...; a part of teenagers spend too much time at Internet cafes, accessing unhealthy cultures, social evils that greatly affect the lives, health, spirit, and material of them and their families; the phenomenon of young people participating in gambling online...
Faced with that situation, it is proposed that district leaders direct departments, branches and localities to strengthen inspection and examination of compliance with legal regulations and strictly handle violations.
At the conference, relevant departments, sectors and enterprises directly answered specific questions and recommendations from the Youth Union. At the same time, they provided more information about important mechanisms and policies of the province and district to help the Youth Union have more opportunities to access them.

Speaking at the dialogue conference, Chairman of Ky Anh District People's Committee Nguyen Tien Hung acknowledged and praised the efforts of the Youth Union; at the same time, he affirmed that the Youth Union is a pioneer force, well-trained in many fields, with youthful ambition and enthusiasm, will be the key force to promote socio-economic development, maintain political security and social order and safety in Ky Anh district.
Regarding the issues raised by the Youth Union at the dialogue conference, Chairman of the Ky Anh People's Committee requested that the district-level departments, agencies and People's Committees of the communes fully absorb, proactively study, and propose to competent authorities to promptly and effectively resolve legitimate opinions and recommendations.
The district continues to pay attention to, lead and direct the support of youth organizations to perform their assigned tasks well; create conditions for young union members to organize many practical and effective movements; encourage and support young union members to start businesses and have many opportunities to participate in movements and common activities of agencies, units and localities.
