From the above shortcomings, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism believes that the development of a Decree to replace Decree No. 62/2014/ND-CP is necessary to ensure the process and procedures for considering and awarding the titles of People's Artist and Meritorious Artist in the field of intangible cultural heritage. The draft Decree regulating the consideration and awarding of the titles of People's Artist and Meritorious Artist in the field of intangible cultural heritage consists of 5 chapters and 19 articles.
