Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a document on continuing to focus on implementing well the planning work in the province.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests Directors of departments, heads of provincial-level departments, branches and units, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns and cities, according to their assigned functions and tasks, to continue to effectively organize and implement the Thanh Hoa Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2045, approved by the Prime Minister; Plan No. 72/KH-UBND dated March 26, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee on implementing the Thanh Hoa Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2045; proactively and resolutely handle issues related to planning work or advise and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on matters beyond their authority.

Strengthen coordination and share information fully, promptly, accurately and consistently in planning and implementing related policies to ensure the synchronization of planning levels in the national planning system. Proactively participate in giving opinions and providing information to ministries, branches and central agencies when asked for opinions on national sectoral planning; regularly update relevant data within the scope of management for central ministries and branches to integrate and share in the National Planning Information System and Database.

Focus on allocating resources and proposing policy mechanisms to effectively implement planning objectives, ensuring consistency and synchronization with the implementation of socio-economic development goals and tasks of the province according to Resolution No. 58-NQ/TW dated August 5, 2020 of the Politburo on building and developing Thanh Hoa province to 2030, with a vision to 2045 and Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025.

The Department of Planning and Investment shall preside over, strengthen inspection, supervision, guidance and urging units to effectively implement state management of planning in the province; promptly synthesize, advise and report to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to consider and resolve difficulties, problems and issues arising beyond its authority./.
