After a 1-year interruption due to the Covid-19 pandemic (2020), this year is the 6th time the conference has been held. The quality of the conference has been affirmed through many quality reports, quickly updating new techniques to help clinicians and medical staff learn and apply them to diagnosis and treatment for patients.

Understanding this, the Laboratory Department of University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City continuously updates knowledge and deploys new techniques in testing. Most recently, the M2BPGi quantitative test is a new biomarker with many advantages in clinical applications. This is a simple technique, giving quick results, helping clinicians determine the degree of liver fibrosis, disease prognosis and predict liver cancer. This technique has been deployed since 2022 at University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City.
