The plan aims to continue building platforms, developing modern and synchronous information technology infrastructure, applying information technology extensively; and developing information technology human resources.

At the same time, improve information security, develop towards serving people and society better and better, improve people's satisfaction and quality of life; promote socio-economic development, ensure national defense and security in the area.

Accordingly, Tien Phuoc district strives for 100% of documents exchanged between state agencies (except for confidential documents as prescribed by law) to be in electronic form; 95% of work records at the district level and 90% of work records at the commune level are processed online (excluding work records with confidential content).

Strive for 100% of fully online public services to be provided on multiple access devices; the rate of records resolved through full and partial online public services to reach 80% or more; digitize 100% of valid administrative procedure settlement results.

In addition, 100% of traffic hotspots and black spots are equipped with surveillance cameras; about 50% or more of the population participates in online shopping through e-commerce platforms, social networks...; non-cash payments in e-commerce reach 70%...
