With a total area of over 9,000m2, 67 display tanks, and about 3,400 tons of water, Lotte World Aquarium Hanoi is currently the largest indoor aquarium in the capital, opening up a large space for visitors to freely explore and experience.

The aquarium is home to 400 species and 31,000 marine creatures from all over the world, simulating the ocean world in the most intimate way. Visitors can explore the 650m long Aquarium path through different areas with themes: Peaceful Village, Walking on the Sea, Exploring the Blue Sea, Ocean Square, to explore diverse underwater life and watch colorful creatures swimming freely around. In particular, at Lotte World Aquarium Hanoi, visitors will be able to admire creatures such as Humboldt penguins, sand tiger sharks, sea lions, small-clawed otters... and many other marine creatures.

Lotte World Aquarium Hanoi owns the largest curved acrylic tank in Southeast Asia (curved acrylic tank 18 x 5.8m), with a space designed completely different from conventional aquariums, bringing a sense of authenticity and mystery. Inspired by the endless magic of the deep blue ocean and the unique cultural features of the S-shaped land, the Aquarium is designed with a strong imprint of Vietnamese folk culture, based on mythical stories about Whale - the god who protects fishermen in every trip to sea. Here, the image of Whale is a symbol leading the journey to explore the sea with many interesting things, helping visitors understand more about the traditional values of Vietnam's seas.

Lotte World Aquarium Hanoi opens to visitors from August 1.
