Implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, the Provincial Party Executive Committee has concretized the regulations, projects, programs, plans, and tasks that are appropriate to the province's conditions; identified the contents that need to be focused on right from the beginning of the term to remove barriers, resolve bottlenecks, and prepare material conditions for breakthrough development. Issued and implemented a number of important resolutions, many policies on mechanisms and policies to support production development, unlock resources, and set out comprehensive tasks and solutions to focus on leadership, direction, and implementation with high political determination, with a roadmap, steady steps, with focus, key points, closely following the 5 key tasks, solutions, and 3 strategic breakthroughs in economic growth according to the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, ensuring the correct orientation of the Central Committee and promoting the dynamism and creativity of the entire political system to achieve the highest results. The average economic growth rate (GRDP) in the 3 years (2021 - 2023) of the province is estimated at 8.56%; the economic scale in 2023 is estimated at 68,358 billion VND, 1.3 times higher than in 2020. The average income per capita in 2023 is estimated at 62.4 million VND/person, 1.2 times higher than in 2020. In the period of 2021 - 2023, the province is always in the leading group of the country with a high rate of public investment disbursement. Investment promotion and investment attraction activities in the Economic Zone and industrial parks and clusters have been promoted, with many innovations and achieved high efficiency. From 2021 to June 2023, the province has approved and adjusted investment policies and investment registration certificates for 274 projects with a total registered capital of VND 57,149.4 billion, of which the total foreign investment capital FDI reached over 1 billion USD. Culture and society have made much progress, social security is guaranteed. National defense and security are maintained. Party building and the political system have been carried out synchronously, with many innovations. Unity in perception, action and solidarity in the entire political system, social consensus, and people's trust in Party committees and authorities at all levels are increasingly enhanced.

The comrades in the working delegation and the provincial delegates focused on exchanging and discussing to clarify some outstanding results in the socio-economic development of the province in recent times; especially in the fields of agriculture, farmers, rural areas, the issue of promoting cultural resources and people of Thai Binh in the new period; contents related to standardization of standards of cadres, management leaders, experiences of the province and current issues; the issue of digitizing Party work, promoting the application of information technology in the activities of grassroots party organizations and party members; solutions to improve the quality of party cell activities, avoiding "formalism"; developing party members in industrial parks of the province, some experiences and current issues; buying and reading Party newspapers and magazines...
Speaking at the conference, Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, proposed a number of issues that need to be focused on and summarized, such as: improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots party organizations; education and management of party members; mechanisms to protect cadres who dare to think, dare to do, dare to take responsibility... He also summarized a number of outstanding results in the province's socio-economic development in recent times, emphasizing the determination and drastic participation and responsibility of the entire political system, the business community and all classes of people who have strived to seize opportunities and advantages, overcome difficulties and challenges. In particular, promoting democracy at the grassroots level, thereby unleashing the internal strength of the people, effectively contributing to the successful implementation of local tasks.

He expressed his deep impression of the tradition and development steps of Thai Binh province in recent times. Especially since the beginning of the term, the Party Committee and government of Thai Binh province have made many breakthroughs, bringing about many impressive results, especially in the work of Party building, attracting investment and building new rural areas... Through the working session and field survey in the province, the delegation had more valuable documents to carry out the task of propaganda and summarizing practices according to the Party's resolutions. He sincerely thanked the enthusiastic and effective cooperation and support that Thai Binh province has given to the Communist Magazine in carrying out its political and scientific tasks in recent times. He wished the Party Committee, government and people of Thai Binh province to continue to reap more success in the coming time, soon realizing the goal of becoming a developed province in the Red River Delta region.
