Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee meets with Standing Committees of District and City Party Committees

At the conference, through listening to reports and monitoring the implementation of tasks in the first 6 months of the year, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee assessed that the district and city Party Committees closely followed the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, were proactive, innovative, creative, focused on leadership, closely and resolutely directed key and urgent tasks and solutions, thereby contributing significantly to the overall results of the whole province in implementing the socio-economic development tasks in the first 6 months of the year with a GRDP growth rate of 8.4%. Notably, the agricultural and rural economy continued to maintain stable growth; high-tech agricultural production exceeded the set target, and there were special agricultural products for official export. A number of key and key sectors and fields developed, contributing greatly to growth, especially trade, tourism, energy, and industrial products. Budget revenue is a bright spot, with 5/7 localities achieving over 50%, contributing to the overall results of the province reaching 2,411 billion VND, reaching 60.3% of the plan, up 37.9% over the same period last year. Culture and society are given attention; national defense and security are maintained. Party building and political system building continue to be promoted. Mass mobilization work and activities of the Front and mass organizations continue to change positively.

In addition to the achieved results, the situation in localities in the first 6 months of the year still has difficulties and limitations, such as: The growth rate is generally low; the rural security situation is still potentially complicated; handling of violations in the fields of land and construction is still prolonged; disbursement and implementation of national target programs are still slow; 4/7 localities have low rates of admitting party members...

Speaking at the direction of implementing key tasks for the last 6 months of the year, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that district and city Party Committees be determined and resolute in focusing on leadership and direction to overcome limitations, difficulties, and challenges and synchronously, resolutely, and effectively implement the set goals, tasks, and solutions. The focus is on doing a good job of ideological work, continuing to promote the dissemination and implementation of the Party Congress Resolution, resolutions and directives of the Central Committee and Party Committees at all levels. Review the goals, targets, and tasks set for the year, especially the targets and tasks with many difficulties, to focus on leadership, have breakthrough solutions, overcome limitations, difficulties, and obstacles, and ensure the successful implementation of the Resolution 2024. Effectively deploy solutions for socio-economic development; resolutely and effectively implement 3 breakthroughs and 6 key sectors and fields, prioritizing growth promotion. Continue to fully, promptly and effectively implement social security policies; effectively care for and improve people's material and spiritual life and health care. Synchronously implement solutions to ensure national defense and security, social order and safety, and prevent all types of crimes; grasp and promptly handle developments in rural security, economic security, and maritime security and order. Focus on preparing conditions for organizing Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, especially drafting documents and reviewing Congress personnel; units selected for model congresses must be proactive to ensure the time according to the province's plan. In addition, continue to promote studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, in conjunction with implementing Conclusion 21-KL/TW on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; strive to recruit new Party members to meet and exceed assigned targets. Continue to direct the improvement of the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work; innovate and enhance the operational capacity of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.

Regarding the recommendations and proposals of districts and cities on removing difficulties in socio-economic development, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee assigned the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant departments and branches to consider and resolve them in conjunction with the implementation of tasks of each locality.
