The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held the 32nd meeting

On November 29, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, term XI, 2021-2026, held its 32nd meeting. Comrades Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Minh Luc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting. Attending were comrade Nguyen Long Bien, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades members of the Provincial Party Committee, heads of the Provincial People's Council Committees; leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province and related departments and branches.

At the meeting, delegates contributed opinions and approved a number of contents on: Adjusting the time to organize the 15th Provincial People's Council Session - Regular Session at the end of 2023; the content of questions and discussions at the session and a number of related contents. Accordingly, the meeting agreed that the 15th Provincial People's Council Session will be held on December 8, 11 and 12. The content of questions and discussions at the session focused on important groups of issues related to the results of management and implementation of the mid-term goals and tasks set out in the Resolution of the Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term such as: Economic growth, budget revenue, high-tech production, social security policies, labor and employment, ethnic minorities, national defense and security, breakthrough solutions...

Comrades: Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Tran Minh Luc, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting.

In addition, delegates also discussed and commented on reports on: the results of thematic supervision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council "Results of implementing a number of resolutions of the Provincial People's Council that are still legally effective"; Results of monitoring the implementation of socio-economic development tasks in 2023; results of examining the draft resolution on the Emission Reduction Project in the Central Highlands and South Central Coast of Vietnam to contribute to implementing the goals of the National REDD+ Action Program of Ninh Thuan province; reviewing the housing plan, the 1/2000 scale Construction Zoning Plan for the area south of 21/8 Street, Bao An Ward and Phuoc My Ward, Phan Rang-Thap Cham City.

Concluding the meeting, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council requested the Provincial People's Council Committees, the Provincial People's Committee, departments and branches to continue to coordinate to complete the draft reports, submissions, draft resolutions to be submitted at the regular year-end meeting; discussion and questioning contents... In addition, continue to review and monitor the implementation of the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council that have been issued and are still in effect; concretize them with programs and plans; strengthen supervision; clarify difficulties and limitations on that basis, make reasonable adjustments and supplements and have effective implementation solutions. Promote propaganda work to help beneficiaries access policies, contributing to effective implementation, bringing the resolutions of the Provincial People's Council deeper into life.
