The meeting evaluated and drew experience from the organization of the 15th Session of the 11th Provincial People's Council; approved the proposed program for meeting voters after the Session. The Provincial People's Council's Legal Committee reported the results of consultations with opinions on how to handle facilities that do not complete the implementation period of Resolution No. 17/2021/NQ-HDND of the Provincial People's Council regulating the handling of facilities that do not meet fire prevention and fighting requirements and are put into use before the effective date of the Law on Fire Prevention and Fighting in the province.
The Standing Committee of the 11th Provincial People's Council held the 33rd Session.
Concluding the meeting, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council highly appreciated the results of the 15th Session, which was successfully held, completing the proposed content and program. He noted that at the next sessions, the Provincial People's Council and Provincial People's Committee need to actively coordinate to prepare earlier and better the submissions, draft resolutions and reports on the review of draft resolutions submitted at the session. The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council will also direct early, from afar, and give opinions on the draft resolutions to ensure strictness and quality in accordance with regulations. The answers to questions and explanations at the discussion, questioning and answering sessions need to focus more on the issues raised by the delegates. Regarding the content of the report of the Legal Committee, the Provincial People's Committee is requested to direct all levels and functional branches to continue to review and inspect fire prevention and fighting work; strictly handle violations; Report to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council any difficulties and problems for timely and effective solutions.
