"Saigontourist Group Food and Culture Festival 2023" organized by Saigon Tourist Corporation (Saigontourist Group) will take place from April 20 to 23, 2023 at Van Thanh Tourist Area, Ho Chi Minh City. Saigontourist Group's 4-5 star hotels, resorts, and restaurants in Ho Chi Minh City and other localities will bring to the festival over 350 regional dishes and drinks presented by experienced chefs. The festival also introduces the quintessence of traditional crafts associated with cuisine, performances of unique traditional art forms, and folk games.

Discovering the "local cuisine" , in the North, you can enjoy Hanoi delicacies such as vermicelli with grilled pork, West Lake shrimp cakes, crab fried spring rolls, vermicelli with fried tofu and shrimp paste. Quang Ninh cuisine is attractive with Ha Long squid rolls, snow flower squid rolls, Ha Long mantis shrimp noodles, Ha Long mackerel rolls. Saigontourist Group's 2023 Food and Culture Festival will open from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. every day, on April 20, 21, 22, and 23, 2023 at Van Thanh Tourist Area. Of which, on April 22 and 23 (Saturday and Sunday), lunch will be served from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. To participate in the Festival, visitors must buy an entrance ticket with a coupon attached to use the service, with a package price of 200,000 VND/adult, children are free. In particular, the Organizing Committee applies an attractive promotion, 10% discount for visitors who buy tickets. Before 5:00 p.m. on April 17, receive a coupon worth 10% of the ticket price when purchasing tickets directly at the counter on April 20 and 21. The number of pre-sale promotional tickets is limited.
