The Queensland Government Trade & Investment Agency and the FujiMart supermarket chain jubilantly opened the “Taste of Queensland 2025 – Taste of Queensland” festival, introducing famous Queensland beef products officially imported to Vietnam with a reasonable promotion program for people in the capital to shop for Tet.
The Queensland Government Trade & Investment Agency and the FujiMart supermarket chain jointly organized the “Taste of Queensland 2025” program from January 4, 2025 to January 24, 2025 with the desire to introduce the most typical and fresh beef products from the Australian state of Queensland, thereby promoting the unique culture and lifestyle of the people of the “Kangaroo Country”.
In her opening remarks, Ms. Renee Deschamps, Acting Australian Ambassador to Vietnam, shared that Australia has a long and famous history in sustainable beef production. Currently, Australia is among the top 3 largest red meat exporters in the world and Queensland is currently leading the livestock and red meat export industry in Australia, accounting for 67% of Australia's total export value. (According to information from the Queensland Trade and Investment Office in Vietnam at the "Queensland Red Meat Seminar" held in March 2023.)
Queensland is a place with favorable soil and climate for the livestock industry. At the same time, this place also applies advanced technology to serve the closed livestock industry to ensure safety and premium quality for products and sustainable production. Beef imported from Queensland has a variety of products with prices suitable for different customer groups.
