Implementing 286 "Skilled Mass Mobilization" models in mountainous areas

In the first 6 months of the year, the People's Committee of mountainous districts organized 12 conferences to disseminate and propagate new documents related to people's work with more than 1,000 participants; organized 38 inspections and supervisions of 26 party organizations and 27 party members; organized 9 dialogue conferences between leaders of Party committees and authorities and the people.

The cluster of 9 mountainous districts implemented 286 "Smart Mass Mobilization" models; of which 59 models were in economic development, 74 models in culture - society, 5 models in national defense - security, and 38 models in Party building and political system.

The conference discussed and shared experiences in implementing the new rural program, donating land for roads, building communal houses, and community activities; mobilizing people in land acquisition, compensation, and resolving arising issues. At the same time, it proposed solutions to overcome difficulties and limitations in the coming time.
