The festival is one of the important activities of the Culture, Sports and Tourism sector to introduce and disseminate documents and books about the historic victory of Dien Bien Phu, ending the 9-year long resistance war against the French colonialists.
Participating in the festival, Quang Nam Provincial Library introduced the work “Dien Bien Phu - Historical Rendezvous” - Memoirs of General Vo Nguyen Giap, performed by writer Huu Mai; introduced the model “Utility space in developing reading culture”; talent contest “Singing and dancing: Through the Northwest” (Musician Nguyen Thanh).
The festival is an opportunity for Quang Nam Provincial Library staff to exchange experiences, improve professional qualifications and library skills, and continue to meet the needs of serving readers in the future.
