At the scene, the Prime Minister visited the people and relatives of the victims of the fire. At the same time, he listened to reports from the leaders of Hanoi City and the authorities.
The Prime Minister requested to immediately handle remaining issues such as surveys and the victims' family circumstances to provide timely economic and spiritual support.
The Prime Minister also requested that those who are injured must mobilize forces to treat them at all costs, and review to provide support for each household and each person.
For fire prevention and fighting, it is necessary to ensure the correct principles, only those things that are flexible under the conditions can be flexible.
"For example, there must be an exit here. A high-rise building like this, building 10 floors like a mini apartment building without any exit, 45 households without any exit is not allowed, in principle it is not allowed," the Prime Minister emphasized and said that through this, lessons must be learned and Hanoi City needs to inspect the facilities.
