Regarding infrastructure, the Prime Minister affirmed the policy of promoting the development of infrastructure systems, helping to reduce logistics costs for businesses, especially developing 5 modes of transportation (highway systems, international transit ports for maritime and aviation, construction of high-speed railways, and inland waterways). Along with that, developing high-quality human resources to meet new development requirements and business needs.

"Open policies, smooth infrastructure, smart management", the Prime Minister emphasized Vietnam's orientation.

The Vietnamese Government leaders shared the priority of attracting investment in emerging fields such as digital transformation, green transformation, circular economy, sharing economy, taking science and technology, startups, and innovation as new development drivers.

"Vietnam creates the most favorable conditions for Turkish investors to enter Vietnam, a typical example is that Turkish enterprises have joined a consortium to implement the construction and installation of equipment for the Long Thanh Airport passenger terminal with a value of 35,000 billion VND - the largest ever in Vietnam," the Prime Minister cited.

According to the head of the Vietnamese Government, the room for cooperation between the two countries is huge, but the cooperation mechanism is still limited. Therefore, Vietnam proposed that Türkiye recognize the full market economy and the two sides negotiate a Free Trade Agreement... to create more favorable conditions for businesses of the two countries to invest and do business.
