Previously, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet arrived in Hanoi on the morning of December 11.
Welcoming the delegation at Noi Bai International Airport were Minister and Head of the Government Office Tran Van Son; Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Do Hung Viet; and Vietnamese Ambassador to Cambodia Nguyen Huy Tang.

Accompanying the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet on his official visit to Vietnam were Deputy Prime Minister, First Vice President of the Council for the Development of Cambodia Sun Chanthol; Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Sok Chenda Sophea; Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Dith Tina; Minister of Commerce Cham Nimul; Minister of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation Hem Vanndy; Minister of Tourism Sok Soken; Minister of the State Secretariat for Border Affairs Lam Chea; Minister to the Prime Minister, Mr. Sry Thamarong; Minister to the Prime Minister, Mr. So Naro; Minister to the Prime Minister, Ms. Koy Pisey; Minister to the Prime Minister, Mr. Tain Jean Francois.
The delegation also included President of the Council for the Development of Cambodia Chea Vuthy; Secretary of State for the Ministry of Interior Sok Phal; Secretary of State for the Ministry of National Defense Neang Phat; Secretary of State for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Soeung Rathchavy; and Ambassador of the Kingdom of Cambodia to Vietnam Chea Kimtha.
