ANTD.VN - State budget revenue as of November 10 is estimated to have reached 99.4% of the estimate thanks to positive growth in both domestic revenue and revenue from import-export activities.
According to the report of the Ministry of Finance, the accumulated state budget revenue in the first 10 months is estimated at 1,654.2 trillion VND, equal to 97.2% of the estimate, up 17.3% over the same period in 2023 (of which, central budget revenue is estimated at about 101.7% of the estimate; local budget revenue is estimated at about 92.7% of the estimate).
Of which, domestic revenue is estimated at 1,377.6 trillion VND, equal to 95.4% of the estimate, up 18.1% over the same period in 2023. Balanced revenue from import-export activities is estimated at 227.2 trillion VND, equal to 111.4% of the estimate, up 18.9% over the same period in 2023.
State budget collection achieved positive results |
According to an update from Deputy Minister of Finance Cao Anh Tuan, as of November 10, budget revenue had reached 99.4% of the estimate. Thus, there is only about 10 trillion VND left for the Finance sector to complete the budget revenue estimate for 2024.
Regarding the policy of tax, fee and charge exemption, reduction and extension, according to General Director of the General Department of Taxation Mai Xuan Thanh, by 10 months it is estimated that nearly 134 trillion VND has been exempted, reduced and extended, of which 74 trillion VND has been extended; more than 63 trillion VND has been exempted and reduced.
Regarding debt collection, in 10 months, debt collection reached 38 trillion VND, an increase of 33% over the same period and a decrease of 3% compared to the end of September. In the past time, the Tax sector has applied all possible measures to collect tax debts.
In the coming time, the General Department of Taxation will coordinate with the Ministry of Public Security to implement the automatic exit and entry suspension measure. When the tax debtor has paid the tax, this measure can be removed as soon as possible to be allowed to exit the country.
Regarding budget expenditure, accumulated budget expenditure in 10 months reached about 1,399.7 trillion VND, equal to 66% of the estimate, up 4.1% over the same period in 2023.
Of which: development investment expenditure is estimated at about 355.6 trillion VND, equal to 52.5% of the estimate decided by the National Assembly, the disbursement rate is estimated at 52.29% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister.
