Local authorities, sectors, organizations, and ward police organize mediation between the paternal and maternal families.
According to information from Hai Duong Provincial Police, at around 6:45 p.m. on December 9, at the house of Mr. DVT (born in 1959, residing in Trai Ne residential area, An Lac ward, Chi Linh city), MA (born in 2007, Mr. T's grandchild) was beaten and injured by his father, Mac Van H., and his uncle.
Immediately after receiving the report, Chi Linh City Police and An Lac Ward Police immediately sent forces to the scene to investigate and verify the incident.
Initial investigation determined that the cause of the incident stemmed from a conflict related to the division of assets after the divorce between Mac Van H. and Ms. Duong Thi Ph. (MA's biological mother), who is currently working abroad; MA is currently living with his father. Believing that his father and grandfather had oppressed his biological mother, on the afternoon of December 9, MA used his Zalo account to send messages cursing and insulting his grandfather.
After reading the message, H. invited his younger brother, Mac Van Hu., (born in 1984) to Mr. DVT's house to clarify the matter. There, H. and MA had an argument, leading to a fight. Immediately, H. and his younger brother slapped MA many times in the face and took him back to his grandfather's house.
Upon receiving the report, the Working Group of Chi Linh City Police and An Lac Ward Police went to MA's grandfather's house to verify and clarify the incident, collect sufficient evidence and documents to determine the actions of each person involved.

Through examination and treatment, it was determined that MA had bruises on her face and left eyelid. After the incident, from December 13, the girl's mother continuously posted the incident of her daughter being assaulted on social networks and many websites shared and reported the incident.
The Party Committee, the People's Committee of the ward, the Women's Union of An Lac ward, and representatives of Tran Phu High School (where MA is studying) went to the hospital to visit and encourage her. By the morning of December 13, MA was discharged from the hospital and returned to her grandfather's house.
According to Hai Duong Provincial Police, MA's health and mental state are now stable. Mac Van H. and his younger brother have realized their violations and pledged not to repeat the above violations.
