Major General Nguyen Van Chinh praised the officers and staff of the Lao Ministry of National Defense for their efforts in researching, studying, exchanging experiences, and best absorbing the knowledge imparted and valuable experiences during nearly a month of training in Vietnam.

Major General Nguyen Van Chinh awarded certificates of completion of the training course to officers and staff of the Lao Ministry of National Defense.

Emphasizing that the training results are only the first step, Major General Nguyen Van Chinh expressed his hope that the officers and employees of the Lao Ministry of National Defense will continue to promote the knowledge and experience that has been introduced and exchanged with a proactive and creative spirit to apply in practice, contributing to bringing the document and archive work of their agencies and units into order, unity, quality, and efficiency, promptly meeting increasingly high task requirements.

"We are very proud of the special friendship between Vietnam and Laos, a rare special relationship in the world, a priceless asset that the leaders of the two Parties, two States, people and armies of our two countries over many generations have worked hard to cultivate and build with their sweat, effort and blood. Every officer and employee in the armies of our two countries will work together to consolidate, preserve and promote the value of this special relationship to a new height," said Major General Nguyen Van Chinh.
