In Vu Quang district, after 2 months of summer participating in free swimming classes organized by the Vu Quang District Police Youth Union in coordination with Duc Huong Commune Police, Duc Huong Commune Youth Union, Lien Huong Secondary School, Phan Dinh Phung Secondary School and Vu Quang Town Primary School, 70 students have mastered swimming skills and handling situations in the water. The program has created a healthy playground for children, contributing to reducing tragic accidents while swimming.

This past summer, the Provincial Youth Union Council also guided all levels of the Youth Union and Youth Union to focus on implementing models and clubs to train life skills, comprehensively develop personality, ethics, lifestyle, and avoid social evils for children.
