On June 5, the Standing Committee of Nghi Son Town Party Committee held a conference to implement Official Dispatch No. 55/CD-TTg dated June 1, 2024 of the Prime Minister and the direction of the Standing Committee of Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee on mobilizing resources and increasing support for the construction of the 500kV line project, circuit 3, through Nghi Son town.

The 500kV line 3 project, from Quang Trach (Quang Binh) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen) through Nghi Son town, is 19.7km long, passing through 5 communes, with 43 pole locations, the total affected area is 57.88ha, involving 138 households and 3 organizations. By May 29, 2024, the town had completed all site clearance work, handing over 42/42 pole spaces to ensure conditions for the construction unit to carry out wire pulling.
To effectively implement Official Dispatch No. 55/CD-TTg dated June 1, 2024 of the Prime Minister and the direction of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on logistics support, creating all conditions for investors, contractors, and construction units to organize well the logistics work for cadres, engineers, workers, and laborers participating in the construction of the 500 kV transmission line project, the section passing through Nghi Son town on the basis of the discussion of the Standing Committee of the Town Party Committee, Comrade Trinh Xuan Phu, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Nghi Son town requested the Town Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Department of Culture and Information, Center for Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism of the town to promote propaganda work on the importance of the 500 kV transmission line project, circuit 3, thereby calling for the support of the people in Nghi Son town in general and the people of the 5 communes where the transmission line passes through.
The Standing Committee of the Party Committees of the communes: Truong Lam, Phu Son, Phu Lam, Tan Truong, Cac Son directed the People's Committees of the communes to coordinate with relevant agencies, review and grasp the number of construction units, staff, engineers, workers, and laborers participating in the construction of the project in each commune, thereby developing plans and plans to mobilize available local resources to provide maximum support, creating all conditions for investors, contractors, and construction units to organize well the logistics, places to eat, live, and travel, ensuring safety for staff and engineers.
The project's compensation, support and resettlement council continues to coordinate with communes and related units to dismantle structures and trees affecting the power grid corridor.
The Fatherland Front Committee and socio-political organizations, based on the guidance of superior agencies and the reality in the town, develop a plan to propagate and mobilize union members, association members and people of all walks of life, and mobilize available local resources, such as food and provisions, to promptly support cadres, engineers, workers and laborers.
Comrade Trinh Xuan Phu, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Town Party Committee, Chairman of the Town People's Council spoke at the conference.
The Secretary of the Nghi Son Town Party Committee requested the Town Police to develop a plan to ensure security and order, serve the project construction, as well as the safety of the lives of cadres, engineers and workers in the 5 communes. The Town Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee coordinated with relevant units to advise on organizing working delegations of town leaders to visit, give gifts, encourage and support construction units and engineers on the route passing through the town.
The members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee are assigned to directly monitor and direct daily related tasks in 5 communes in mobilizing local resources, accommodation for cadres, engineers, workers and laborers. Any difficulties and problems are promptly reported to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee for direction and resolution.
Communes, localities, agencies and units assigned tasks periodically report on the results of performing assigned tasks to the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee every Thursday.
