FLC Stone Company shares are forced to be delisted.

To date, AMD has not yet resolved the reasons for its securities being suspended from trading and under control. Based on the regulations and opinions of the State Securities Commission, the Vietnam Stock Exchange and the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange have announced that they will compulsorily delist AMD shares according to regulations.

AMD shares have been suspended from trading since the beginning of March. FLC Stone then committed to submitting its 2022 financial report before June 30. The company will then submit its 2022 annual report as required and hold its 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders before September 30, 2023, in order to completely resolve the situation of its securities being suspended from trading.

The FLC group of stocks has a total of 7 codes: FLC, ROS, HAI, ART, KLF, GAB and AMD. Currently, 4 stocks have been forced to delist, including FLC, ROS, HAI and AMD. The remaining stocks are also suspended and restricted from trading. As of now, no stocks of the FLC group are allowed to be traded on the stock market.

Like FLC and many other companies of the same "family", AMD's leadership has been constantly changing since the stock manipulation case of Mr. Trinh Van Quyet - former Chairman of FLC Group was prosecuted. Recently, Deputy General Director of FLC Stone, Mr. Nguyen Cong Tuan, submitted his resignation after only 5 months of taking office for personal reasons. At the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held at the end of May, the company announced that Ms. Tran Thi Huong will hold the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the remaining term of 2022 - 2027...
