The Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange has just announced the compulsory delisting of AMD shares. This is the fourth stock in the FLC "family" to be subject to compulsory delisting. The reason is that AMD shares are subject to suspension of trading due to the delay in submitting the audited financial statements for the 2022 semi-annual period of more than 6 months compared to the prescribed deadline, and AMD shares are under control due to the delay in submitting the audited financial statements for the 2022 period of more than 30 days compared to the prescribed deadline.
FLC Stone Company shares are forced to be delisted.
To date, AMD has not yet resolved the reasons for its securities being suspended from trading and under control. Based on the regulations and opinions of the State Securities Commission, the Vietnam Stock Exchange and the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange announced that they will compulsorily delist AMD shares according to regulations.
AMD shares have been suspended since early March. FLC Stone then committed to submitting its 2022 financial report before June 30. According to the minutes of the meeting between FLC Stone and UHY, FLC Stone will issue its 2022 financial report no later than June 30. The company will then submit its 2022 annual report as required and hold its 2023 annual general meeting of shareholders before September 30, 2023, in order to completely overcome the situation of its securities being suspended from trading.
The FLC family of stocks has a total of 7 codes: FLC, ROS, HAI, ART, KLF, GAB and AMD. Currently, 4 stocks have been delisted, including FLC, ROS, HAI and AMD. The remaining stocks have also been suspended and restricted from trading. As of now, no stocks of the FLC group are allowed to be traded on the stock market.
Like FLC and many other companies of the same "family", AMD's leadership has been constantly changing since the stock manipulation case of Mr. Trinh Van Quyet - former Chairman of FLC Group was prosecuted. Recently, FLC Stone Deputy General Director Nguyen Cong Tuan submitted a resignation letter after only 5 months in office for personal reasons. At the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held at the end of May, the company announced that Ms. Tran Thi Huong will hold the position of Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the remaining term of 2022 - 2027...
