Typical businesses self-reflect, self-improve, and take better care of their employees

Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang emphasized that the program "Typical Enterprises for Workers" entering its 10th year has become a brand and movement to improve the working environment, care for and enhance the benefits of workers.

The program's ranking criteria gradually become a measure to help businesses self-examine, self-correct, and self-improve to meet standards in caring for the rights and interests of employees.

According to Mr. Khang, when a business develops, workers have jobs and stable income. Conversely, workers with productivity, quality, and commitment help businesses develop sustainably.

“The Vietnam Trade Union, union members and workers always hope that businesses will develop more and more, and that businessmen will become more and more successful, reaping many successes,” he said.

Employees are the most valuable asset of a business.

Mr. Do Van Chien, Politburo member, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, assessed that despite facing many difficulties, the Vietnamese business community still has policies and regimes to practically care for workers.

Including jobs, income, regimes, and benefits, through which employees feel secure in their work and are committed to the business.

Stating that employees are the most valuable assets and capital of the enterprise, Mr. Chien affirmed that caring for, protecting, and creating welfare for employees is creating internal strength to carry out all of his plans, visions, and missions.

According to Mr. Chien, for a business to develop and succeed, the role of qualified, professional, skilled, creative, and enthusiastic workers is very important. Therefore, businesses need to create a suitable environment for workers to work and contribute.

The Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front suggested that businesses need to stop improving their competitiveness, expand their scale, and be proactive, creative, strengthen connections, and raise the position of Vietnamese businesses.

He also suggested that trade unions at all levels effectively implement emulation movements, study, practice, improve qualifications and professional skills as well as practice working style and lifelong learning...

Over the past 10 years, the program has ranked 578 businesses and awarded certificates of merit from the program's organizing agencies to 236 businesses. In addition, 20 businesses received certificates of merit from the Prime Minister.

Doanh nghiệp sản xuất dần hồi phục Manufacturing businesses gradually recover

The picture of production and business of enterprises has shown bright colors, but the recovery is uneven because many industries still depend heavily on the global consumer market.
