Typical businesses self-reflect, self-improve, and take better care of their employees
Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang emphasized that the program "Typical Enterprises for Workers" entering its 10th year has become a brand and movement to improve the working environment, care for and enhance the benefits of workers.
The program's ranking criteria gradually become a measure to help businesses self-examine, self-correct, and self-improve to meet standards in caring for the rights and interests of employees.
According to Mr. Khang, when a business develops, workers have jobs and stable income. Conversely, workers with productivity, quality, and commitment help businesses develop sustainably.
“The Vietnam Trade Union, union members and workers always hope that businesses will develop more and more, and that businessmen will become more and more successful, reaping many successes,” he said.
