Implementing the coordination plan of the Department of Industry and Trade and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ha Tinh province on organizing an online contest to learn about the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods", the Organizing Committee has officially issued the contest rules.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the Department of Industry and Trade signed the contents of coordination to promote the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" in the new situation (May 5, 2023).
Contestants
Are cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers of agencies, units, localities and people in the province (except members of the Organizing Committee and those directly involved in the organization of the contest).
Exam content
Learn about the regulations in the Documents of the Central Party Secretariat, the Prime Minister; the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Steering Committee of the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" in Ha Tinh province, the Provincial People's Committee... related to the leadership and direction of the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"; new policies of the province in supporting the chain of forming and consuming agricultural and rural industrial products; typical products and specialties in Ha Tinh province; new policies of the province in supporting the chain of forming and consuming agricultural and rural industrial products; typical products and specialties in the province, products meeting OCOP standards and rural industrial products at the central, regional and provincial levels.
Exam format
The contest is organized in the form of an online contest on the Department of Industry and Trade's Electronic Information Portal at: http://socongthuong.hatinh.gov.vn/ or directly access the software https://cuocthisctht.top. Contestants answer multiple-choice questions directly on computers or mobile devices with internet connection according to the pre-designed question set software within a maximum of 20 minutes/test (including 10 multiple-choice questions and 1 question predicting the number of contestants each week).
Each individual can participate in the contest no more than 3 times in the weekly contest, but only 1 result with the most correct answers and the earliest response time among the contests will be recognized. The results of each weekly contest will be announced on the 3rd day of the following week.
After the end of 3 weeks of competition, the Organizing Committee will award first, second and third prizes to contestants who answer the questions correctly and quickly and have correct or close predictions of the results; and award prizes to groups that actively participate in the competition.
The contest will take place over 3 weeks, from August 21, 2023 to September 8, 2023. The contest week starts at 8:00 a.m. on Monday (the first week starts at 9:00 a.m. on August 21, 2023), and ends at midnight on Saturday every week. Summary and award ceremony: expected on September 28, 2023.
Exam method
Step 1: Register for the exam
Candidates use multimedia electronic devices (computers, smartphones, tablets...) with Internet connection to access the Online Contest section to learn about the Campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" on the Department of Industry and Trade's Electronic Information Portal. The screen will display a window to register for the contest, candidates must fill in complete and accurate personal information in the default information fields.
Note: Information about valid contestants will be one of the bases for the Organizing Committee to consider awarding prizes. Individual entries will be considered invalid if the Organizing Committee discovers that the registration information is incorrect.
Step 2: Take the test
Candidates answer multiple-choice questions according to the pre-designed question set software within a maximum of 20 minutes/test (including 10 multiple-choice questions and 1 question predicting the number of participants in the Weekly Contest). For 10 multiple-choice questions, candidates choose 1 correct answer/question to answer.
Each individual can participate in the contest no more than 3 times in the Weekly Contest, but only 1 result with the most correct answers and the earliest response time among the contests will be recognized.
How to judge
- Individual awards:
The Organizing Committee of the Contest will base on the correct answers to all 10 questions and the correct prediction of the number of participants in the Weekly Contest to award the first, second, and third prizes in order of time of answering and 100% correct prediction, with a deviation of 1 unit above and below the upper and lower bounds, and so on, gradually arranging them until the end of the prize structure. In case the number of participants (from 2 people or more) have the same results, the Organizing Committee will base on the earliest time to answer the question to evaluate (time calculated to day, hour, minute, second). Other special cases will be decided by the Organizing Committee of the Contest.
- Consider collective awards:
The Organizing Committee of the Contest considers active units with a large number of contestants participating during the 3 weekly contests.
Weekly prizes (including certificates and cash prizes): awarded to individuals in the group with the highest scores, most accurate predictions and fastest test-taking speed each week. Specifically, including: 1 first prize: 1,000,000 VND/prize, 2 second prizes: 800,000 VND/prize; 3 third prizes: 500,000 VND/prize.
Final prize (awarded to the collective including certificate and prize money): after 3 weeks of competition, the Organizing Committee will base on the results of the implementation of the Competition to award prizes to the active collectives with a large number of participants during the 3 weekly competitions. Specifically including: 1 first prize: 3,000,000 VND/prize, 1 second prize: 2,000,000 VND/prize, 1 third prize: 1,000,000 VND/prize.
Complaint resolution
The Organizing Committee of the Contest will not recognize the exam results of contestants in the following cases: using inaccurate or untrue information to register for the contest; using other people's information to participate in the contest or providing or sharing their personal information for others to participate in the contest; asking others to take the exam for them, taking the exam for others or using technical measures to interfere with the system to affect or distort the exam results; committing other acts that violate ethics, customs, and traditions, affecting the seriousness, fairness, objectivity and information security of the contest.
In case of any complaint related to the contest, the complainant shall send a written request to the Contest Organizing Committee for consideration and resolution. Time limit for receiving complaints: 3 working days from the date the Organizing Committee announces the contest results. The Organizing Committee's decision on resolving the complaint is final.
