Ninh Binh City Party Committee thoroughly implements documents of the Central and the province

On the morning of May 14, Ninh Binh City Party Committee held a conference of key officials to disseminate and implement documents from the Central Government, the province and the city.

At the conference, delegates listened to the leaders of the City Party Committee, the City People's Committee and reporters disseminate and implement: Directive No. 27-CT/TW, dated December 25, 2023 of the Politburo on strengthening the Party's leadership in practicing thrift and combating waste; Directive No. 29-CT/TW, dated January 5, 2024 of the Politburo on universalizing education, compulsory education, eliminating illiteracy for adults and promoting student streaming in general education; Directive No. 25-CT/TW, dated October 25, 2023 of the Secretariat on continuing to consolidate, improve and enhance the quality of grassroots health care activities in the new situation; Conclusion No. 70-KL/TW, dated January 31, 2024 of the Politburo on developing physical training and sports in the new period; Resolution No. 41-NQ/TW, dated October 10, 2023 of the Politburo on building and promoting the role of Vietnamese entrepreneurs in the new era; Directive No. 28-CT/TW, dated December 25, 2023 of the Politburo on strengthening the care, education and protection of children to meet the requirements of developing a prosperous and happy country; Conclusion No. 69-KL/TW, dated January 11, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW, dated November 1, 2012 of the 11th Party Central Committee on developing science and technology to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization in the context of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration; Resolution No. 46-NQ/TW, dated December 20, 2023 of the Politburo on innovation and improvement of the quality of the Vietnam Farmers' Union to meet the requirements of revolutionary tasks in the new period; Regulation No. 131-QD/TW, dated October 27, 2023 of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing corruption and negativity in inspection, supervision, enforcement of party discipline and in inspection and auditing activities.

The conference also listened to the dissemination and implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TU, dated March 27, 2024 of the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on building a model ward police force in terms of security, order and urban civilization for the period 2024 - 2030. At the same time, it exchanged and discussed draft plans to implement directives and resolutions of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee.

Concluding the conference, the leader of the Ninh Binh City Party Committee proposed that after the conference, key officials of the city, Party Committees of communes, wards, affiliated Party Committees, relevant agencies and units should be instructed to disseminate and implement documents of the Central Government and the province in a form suitable to the actual conditions of communes, wards, agencies and units. Actively and proactively develop programs and implementation plans; clearly assign responsibilities to each agency, unit and individual for implementation, ensuring feasibility, practicality and effectiveness.
