Ninh Binh City is actively directing the organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at the commune level, towards the 19th Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress of the city, term 2024-2029, ensuring proper procedures and regulations, truly an important political activity for the Vietnam Fatherland Front and all classes of people in the area.
To successfully organize the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in the area, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city has issued a plan and instructions on organizing the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels in Ninh Binh city, term 2024-2029.
Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city requires that the organization of the Congress must promote the strength of solidarity, democracy, intelligence and responsibility of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, member organizations and the People; The Congress is organized in accordance with the regulations of the Party, the laws of the State and the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; ensuring the content, program, progress, solemnity, practicality, efficiency, safety and economy.
At the same time, it is required to do a good job of preparing congress documents and personnel work. The political report must correctly assess the situation of all classes of people and the great national unity bloc; affirm the achieved results, effective models, new and creative ways of doing things; frankly point out the limitations, shortcomings, causes (especially subjective causes), draw lessons; determine the direction, goals, and tasks for the new term and propose specific, breakthrough, and feasible solutions to complete the goals and tasks.
Regarding personnel work, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city requires that the personnel recommended to join the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the commune and city levels for the 2024-2029 term must be exemplary, representing a class, social stratum, ethnicity, religion, a field or profession, or representing Vietnamese people abroad; have the ability to gather and unite the people, actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, campaigns, and work programs of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.
The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city also decided to choose the Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Thanh ward as the unit to organize the model Congress.
Comrade Pham Thi Ngoc Nga, Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tan Thanh Ward, said: As the unit chosen to host the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level, we consider this an honor but also a great responsibility, so immediately after the decision of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward proactively advised the Party Committee of the ward to focus on leading and directing the implementation of the stages before, during and after the Congress. Identifying personnel work as an important content of the Congress, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward proactively advised on the development of a personnel plan and discussed democratically, promoting collective intelligence and responsibility of the leader, creating solidarity and unity. Therefore, the personnel plan submitted to the Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front of Tan Thanh Ward, term 2024-2029, received high consensus.
In mid-January 2024, the Tan Thanh Ward Fatherland Front Committee held the 6th Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front for the 2024-2029 term, ensuring compliance with the procedures, regulations and plans set out. At the Congress, democratic consultation elected the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the Ward consisting of 39 people, including 9 non-Party members, ensuring representation, democracy and the proportion of non-Party members not lower than the 2019-2024 term.
"The successful Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the ward has truly created new momentum and motivation for the Ward Fatherland Front Committee to successfully complete the goals and tasks set out in the new term" - the Chairman of the Tan Thanh Ward Fatherland Front Committee added.
Immediately after the success of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Model Congress in Tan Thanh Ward, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city organized a review of experience to direct the organization of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress in the remaining communes and wards in the city. At the same time, it launched practical emulation movements to achieve achievements to welcome the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress at all levels in the city, term 2024-2029.
Comrade Nguyen Thanh Nhu, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phuc Thanh Ward, said: To practically achieve achievements to welcome the Congress of Vietnam Fatherland Front Delegates of the ward, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward has mobilized people to participate in cleaning the environment. In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front of the ward coordinated with the Women's Union of the ward and the Phuc Nam and Phuc Thinh residential groups to propagate and mobilize people and benefactors to support funds to install propaganda paintings on all inter-street routes, creating a clean and beautiful landscape as well as raising awareness of environmental protection and building a civilized urban lifestyle.
The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the ward mobilized resources to support the family of Mr. Nguyen Viet Mien (1/4 disabled soldier) in Phuc Nam street to repair their house. Although the amount of support is not much, it has aroused the spirit of "mutual love and support" among the people, promptly caring for and sharing difficulties with policy families and poor households in the ward. In the spring of Giap Thin 2024, the family of disabled soldier Nguyen Viet Mien was able to celebrate Tet in a more spacious and clean house. This is not only the joy of disabled soldier Nguyen Viet Mien's family but also the common joy of those working in the ward's Front.

According to the plan, the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level in the city will be completed in April and the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Ninh Binh city, term 2024-2029 is expected to take place in June 2024. During these days, communes and wards in the city are also urgently preparing conditions to organize the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the commune level. At the same time, many practical works and tasks are actively deployed to welcome the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, term 2024-2029, thereby continuing to affirm the role of the Front in gathering and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, contributing to building Ninh Binh city increasingly rich and civilized.
