In order to promote the pioneering and volunteering role of young people in building new rural areas and protecting the environment, on March 23, Ha Tinh youth launched the Peak Day of Volunteering to Join Hands in Building New Rural Areas and the First Green Sunday in 2025. The provincial-level activity was held in Ha Linh commune, Huong Khe district.

The provincial program was implemented with many meaningful activities: implementing a model of a traditional market to reduce plastic waste; a residential area to limit plastic waste; donating trash cans, plastic baskets and resources to support villages in Ha Linh commune, Huong Khe district.

In Thach Ha district, the District Youth Union coordinated with the Youth Union of the Provincial General Hospital, the Provincial Young Physicians Association, Ha Tinh Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company and sponsors to organize free medical examinations and provide medicine to households in difficult circumstances in Thach Xuan commune.

Ky Anh district youth support building houses for local households. This activity is enthusiastically supported by youth union members.

In Vu Quang district, the Youth Union organized activities to respond to the new rural construction movement and Green Sunday. Along with that, they launched 2 youth economic models, 11 playgrounds, supported the dismantling of temporary houses, cleaned up village roads and alleys, etc.

Youth of Ky Anh district organized a program to exchange scrap and plastic waste for trees and school supplies.

Ky Anh town youth organized a program to exchange trash for trees, school supplies, promote the use of plastic bags and give paper bags to businesses.

Ha Tinh youth simultaneously launched an environmental sanitation campaign and collected garbage.

On the launching day of the peak volunteer day to join hands in building new rural areas and Green Sunday, Ha Tinh youth donated 12 study corners to children; repaired and built 25 new "Bright - Green - Clean - Beautiful - Civilized - Safe" roads.

Along with that, gifts were given, free medical examinations and medicines were provided to more than 200 people and former Youth Volunteers; voluntary blood donations were organized, collecting nearly 200 units of blood; environmental sanitation and waste collection were organized; resources were donated to support the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas...
