On September 19, Tan An City Police, Long An Province issued a decision to administratively fine NTL (17 years old), residing in Thanh Phu Long Commune, Chau Thanh District, for violating traffic safety and driving a vehicle while underage.

In addition, Tan An City Police also decided to administratively fine L.'s father, the owner of the motorbike, for handing over the motorbike to an unqualified person.

The total fine of father and son L. is 9.4 million VND.

Before that, L. invited a friend to Bao Dinh bridge on Tan An City Beltway (Tan An City) to film a motorbike performance and post it on social media to get likes and views...

Here, L. drove his motorbike in the wrong direction at high speed on the bridge, then wheelied the motorbike, let go of both hands while standing upright...

It is worth mentioning that the motorbike L. was driving had a cylinder capacity of over 50cc. While L. was only 17 years old, the Law stipulates that he could only drive a motorbike with a cylinder capacity of under 50cc.

Upon receiving the information, Tan An City Police invited L. to the police station for questioning. There, L. admitted his violations.

A 20-year-old man in Vung Tau City ( Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province) has just been administratively fined 8.5 million VND by the authorities for riding a motorbike without a license.
