Establishment of Song Hau Aquaculture Service Cooperative

On April 24, at the headquarters of the People's Committee of Hiep Thanh commune (Bac Lieu city), the founders held a conference to establish the Song Hau Aquaculture Service Cooperative, term 2025 - 2030 .

Accordingly, the cooperative has 23 members, with a charter capital of 300 million VND. The cooperative will provide basic services to members such as: providing aquatic breeds, aquaculture materials, producing and consuming commercial shrimp and frogs...

The cooperative was established with the goal of supporting each other in production and business activities, creating jobs and meeting the common needs of cooperative members. Linking production with companies and enterprises to organize the provision of cooperative services and products well; contributing to saving costs, reducing prices, limiting risks, improving productivity and quality in production of members and households in the commune.

At the conference, members unanimously approved the charter; production and business plan, and list of members of the cooperative. At the same time, delegates elected a Board of Directors consisting of 3 members. Mr. Le Van Khe was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors and also Director of the cooperative - (photo) .
