The Thanh Hoa Department of Justice is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches and units to continue reviewing the organization of land use rights auctions in the area, ensuring compliance with the law, publicity and transparency; promptly detect and strictly handle violations of land use rights auction regulations; prevent acts of taking advantage of auctions for profit, causing market disruption.
Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction and localities to inspect and review real estate business activities of enterprises, investors, trading floors and real estate brokers in the locality.
Control the buying and reselling of real estate properties that have been changed hands many times, especially in areas, projects, and apartment complexes with unusual price increases; inspect, check, and take measures to correct acts of "inflating prices", "making prices", and speculation.
Organize inspection and clarify the causes of price fluctuations of each type of real estate such as apartments, individual houses, and residential land in the area in the recent period; proactively propose regulatory measures to ensure the market develops stably, healthily, and sustainably.
Thanh Hoa Department of Construction and localities shall manage and control the increase in real estate prices to ensure that they are consistent with the actual conditions of the areas in the area, avoiding negative impacts on investment and real estate business activities in the locality, in order to ensure housing for all citizens.
There are strict measures to manage the construction of houses by people in land use right business projects with technical infrastructure in the form of dividing plots and selling land, avoiding the situation where people leave land empty, carry out speculative acts, buy and sell, "inflate prices", causing disturbances in real estate market information.
