(Dan Tri) - On December 9, AEON MALL Vietnam Co., Ltd. held the groundbreaking ceremony for the AEON MALL Thanh Hoa Commercial Center project.
AEON MALL Thanh Hoa Shopping Center is the 8th shopping center project in Vietnam of AEON MALL Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The project is located in Quang Thanh ward, Thanh Hoa city, Thanh Hoa province, with a total investment of 4,157 billion VND, an area of 10.5 hectares and a construction floor area of 120,000m2, and a rental area of 52,000m2.
Phase 1 of the project includes a 5-storey commercial center and 1 basement, including a complex of shops, service areas; halls, meeting rooms, offices for rent, food services, children's entertainment, sales booths, supermarkets...

According to Mr. Tuan, once completed and put into operation, the project will be one of the prominent destinations of Thanh Hoa city in particular and Thanh Hoa province in general.

The project serves not only local people but also domestic and international tourists; contributing significantly to job creation for workers and increasing state budget revenue.
According to the project investor, it is expected that the shopping center will open and come into operation by the end of 2026.
