On the occasion of the 94th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2024), on the morning of November 7, Mr. Do Minh Tuan, Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee attended the National Great Unity Day at the residential area of Hamlet 5, Can Khe Commune, Nhu Thanh District.

At the festival, Mr. Do Minh Tuan, delegates and people reviewed the 94-year history of the establishment and growth of the Vietnam Fatherland Front; evaluated the implementation of patriotic emulation movements and campaigns of cadres and people of residential area 5.

Over the past years, the people of residential area 5, Can Khe commune have united and united to effectively implement the tasks of economic development and building cultural life.

The entire residential area has 143 households with 604 people, of which only 8 are poor and near-poor households. People always actively participate in emulation movements and campaigns. From the beginning of 2024 to now, the Village Front Committee has mobilized 50 households to donate land to build rural roads with an area of 10,000m2; contributed 250 million VND to concretize 300m of village roads; upgraded the village's loudspeaker system worth 30 million VND...

Speaking with the officials and residents of Village 5, Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Do Minh Tuan expressed his joy and impression of the results achieved by the Party Committee, the government, the Front Committee, organizations and the people in the past time. "The results achieved by the Village 5 residential area demonstrate the spirit of community, responsibility, contribution of efforts, building a great solidarity, attachment and affection of the Party Committee, government and people in the village", said Mr. Tuan.

On this occasion, Mr. Do Minh Tuan presented the cadres and people of the residential area of Hamlet 5 with a photo of President Ho Chi Minh shaking hands with Uncle Ton Duc Thang - a sacred and noble symbol of the great national unity; presented 80 million VND to the family of Mr. Pham Ngoc Hung in Dong Hamlet to build a Great Unity house and gave gifts to families in difficult circumstances in the residential area of Hamlet 5.

Thanh Hoa Province Association for Promotion of Education awarded 10 gifts, each worth 1 million VND, to outstanding students, teachers, and families promoting education.
